Who we are

CMRInsurance is the insurance agency of Christine M. Relyea, a State Farm agent in Staten Island, New York. The CMRInsurance Performance Hub (the Hub) at cmrperformancehub.com is our internal, invite-only tool that lets our team members see their own sales performance. It is not a consumer product and is not open to public signup.

Who this policy is for

The Hub is used by CMRInsurance employees and authorized staff. Accounts are created by the agency; there is no self-service registration.

What we collect

We collect account information such as your name, work email address, an optional secondary personal email for password-reset delivery, assigned role, and authentication credentials. We collect performance data: business activity metrics for each team member, such as applications written, quotes produced, outbound calls, and progress toward goals, plus basic technical data needed to keep the service working and secure.

What we do NOT collect

The Hub contains NO customer or client personally identifiable information. It holds no policy numbers, no coverage details, no claims information, and no client names. Agency customer records stay in State Farm’s own systems and are never loaded into the Hub.

Signing in with Google

If Google sign-in is enabled for the Hub, signing in with a Google account shares only basic profile information with us: name, email address, and profile picture. This is used ONLY to identify the user and grant access to the Hub. It is never sold, never shared with advertisers, and never used to build a marketing profile.

CMRInsurance Performance Hub's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, show each person their own numbers, support coaching and goal tracking, and operate and secure the service. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How information is shared

We share information only with service providers that run the Hub, acting on our instructions: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (transactional email such as magic links and password resets). No other sharing occurs except where required by law.

How we protect it

Information is encrypted in transit. Access is limited by role, with row-level security so a team member can see only their own records. Accounts are invite-only, and credentials are never stored in readable form.

How long we keep it

We keep information for the duration of employment and for a reasonable period afterward for business and recordkeeping purposes.

Your choices

Team members may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their own account information by contacting us. Anyone who signed in with Google may also disconnect the Hub at any time from their Google Account permissions page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Changes to this policy

We will update the date at the top when this policy changes.
