About these terms
Using the Hub means agreeing to these terms. Please read them before using the CMRInsurance Performance Hub.
Who may use the Hub
The Hub is for authorized CMRInsurance team members only, via an account issued by the agency. Accounts are personal; credentials must not be shared.
Acceptable use
Use the Hub for agency business only. Do not attempt to access another person's data, export or redistribute agency performance data outside the agency, or attempt to break or probe the service.
The information in the Hub
The Hub contains internal business performance figures provided for coaching and planning. Figures are drawn from periodic reports and may lag or be corrected.
Confidentiality
Everything in the Hub is confidential agency information. Protect it from unauthorized access and do not disclose or reuse it outside the agency's business purposes.
Availability
The Hub is provided as-is for an internal business tool. We may change, suspend, or discontinue it, and access ends when employment ends.
Limitation of liability
The Hub is an internal business tool, and its figures support coaching and planning rather than replace business judgment. To the extent permitted by law, CMRInsurance will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the Hub. We do not promise that the service will always be available or that every figure will be error-free.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
